Aperitif-dinner after the milking 

An unusual dining experience for young and old! 

Milking time 🕘 It's also aperitif time!

Come and watch the farmer as he harvests the milk at the heart of our iconic Chamonix cheeses!

Meet Momone and her little woolly pig, the calves and the Hérens cows, before warming up to discover dairy processing!

Taste wine, soup, cheese, sausages and bread while you try your hand at milking! 

You'll leave feeling full and enlightened about the challenges of mountain farming!

📆 Wednesdays and Thursdays from January to April

📍 RDV in front of the CGH residence, 74310 Les Houches - The group meets up and climbs to the farm together.

From soups to digestifs, wines, cheese and sausages, you'll leave with plenty of information and local produce to digest! 

Products can be purchased on site - just bring your change!

Whether you're a child or an adult, you'll discover all the surprises of the mountain farming world and meet the various inhabitants of the dairy cow farm!
